It's Marcus Bachmann, husband of Presidential Candidate Michele Bachmann.  He's a self-styled "Christian therapist" who endorses ex-gay therapy.  He got his degree from one of the finest mail order universities in Cincinnati.  You can't make this up.   You may recall Congresswoman Bachmann hid in the bushes to spy on a gay rights rally at the Minnesota capitol.  She also ran screaming and crying
